Travis is an international aviation, security and resilience expert with extensive military, aviation, operations, security, emergency and crisis management experience honed over more than 25 years of frontline practice.

Travis has embedded a collective culture of innovation, performance and process improvement across multi-faceted teams of specialists and business functions within a number of leading organisations.

Over his extensive career, Travis has;

led industry in developing best practice,
developed and led national and global security trials,
represented the Australian Government in providing security and resiliency-based training to other countries,
been a leading voice on a number of global committees tasked with developing next generation security technology and procedure,
presented at numerous national and global conferences and committees on an array of security and resilience topics.

Excelling at all levels of business, Travis has delivered successful strategies in demanding, complex, fast-paced, and often dangerous environments. He has a long history of identifying and embedding proportionate and customised solutions designed to introduce innovative approaches to whole of organisation problem solving, realise efficiency and strengthen security and resiliency outcomes.

Travis has been contracted to provide advice and guidance to national and international clients from an array of industry sectors including, Aviation, Government, Transport, Health, Education, Sport, and Manufactauring.

Travis has a Masters in Management and was awarded a number of citations and accolades during his extensive and wide-ranging active military service.
